Story
I was pretty always an outcast. In elementary school, I was bullied because of being overweight. When other class members had their first contact with girls, I was "alone".
Then from 7th till 9th, I was called a "nerd". But not in a weird way. I was the best student in my school and put all my effort into excellent grades. So my priority was all on studying. That´s why!
Later on, the pandemic came and I was sad and depressed. I had unhealthy relationships with my friends, so I had to break up contact with them. I also wished to get girls finally but I ended up chasing girls desperately.
Hence I got even more depressed.
After being in an imaginary bubble with a girl from far away I got also friendzoned and my jealousy didn´t get better either.
So I came across a book called "The Greatest Secret".

There Is a secret technique mentioned in the book where you let go of negative emotions and thoughts.
You just need to allow them to be there.
I know it sounds counterintuitive and will get some hate here and there but that´s the truth. And not many dare to see the truth.
I get time by time more confident and felt such delight like never before.
Now I know that this isolated time was perfect to appreciate my own company.
Now I say goodbye to anxiety on a daily basis, depression and uncertainty.
I hope I can inspire someone who´s reading this article and can help to have an amazing life.
