You probably are stressed, worried or just feel bad in the moment.
Know that is okay to feel like that.
We all experience in our life earlier or later some trauma or dramatic event that we feel like it´s the end of the world.
But in general: none of that is true.
You might wonder and say..."You´re lying...I´ve been having negative emotions since I was a child and it´s impossible."
Nothing could be more away from the truth.
The problem is that when you believe you have problem then it´s gonna be your experience.
But those problems just show us that we are doing something particularly wrong.
You resist things that happen in life.
The way out of it is to allow thing to be without repressing/trying hard to get rid of them.
Simple and easy? In theory at least...
